We highly encourage you to use our Free Trials to test the waters before you buy. We only provide refund when we are not able to give you the Hosted Service that we defined or Committed . If you have any technical problems with your lab, we will do our best to fix it ASAP and give you additional time to cover the lost time. If we fail to fix the problem and not able to provide you requested service in the committed time frame?(which is highly unlikely), a 100% refund will be made to you.
If you have consumed more than 10% time on your service, there are no refunds for non service issues.
Do you Sell the software Images ?
No. We dont sell Software Images for any vendor or Provider.
Do you Offer Device Licensing ?
